It means that the entire article is about the differences, so asking what the difference is is kinda silly. Also they are “Shark” not “Sharp” vacuums.

Soooo… basically, it’s better to get the NV502 at Bed Bath and Beyond + the usual 20% off. Plus, it’s cheaper to separately buy the $20 multi-angle attachment compared to the $40 Car Detail Kit.

Amazon says it is 27 pounds to ship the 502. Is the vacuum that heavy? Does the caddy weigh a lot? I kinda like the idea of disconnecting it from the caddy when doing my hardwood floors and for doing the stairs.

According to the info from Shark official site, the full upright weighs 15.5 lbs, the “Lift-Away” pod weighs 8.4 lbs. Don’t know how heavy the caddy is.

You own these vacuums but don’t know the difference between them???
Do they look exactly the same except for the color scheme? What are the model numbers? Where did you buy them? What tools do they come with?

We just bought a Shark NV502 after much research online and I cannot begin to express how much I love, love, love this vacumn. It is shocking how much pet hairs and dust it has picked up in every room and the lift away canister is a dream for steps. it rolls easily on all surfaces and the attachments are great. we decided to go with the more expensive model to get the variety of attachments that we wanted. we bought ours at Bed Bath and Beyond for $259 – with the 20% off coupon the price came down to $202 plus tax. if we use this vacuum for 5 years that is $40 a year for something that gets used every week, so i think the price is fair for the product.

I just read there is a warning that this vacuum contains lead and may cause cancer and to wash hands after use. It was on the label tab when I was reading about the product on a website

why can I not find the Shark Rotator NV502 at any retail store? I have called bed bath and beyond and they do not carry it. only found it on line with Amazon. i am told the warranty is not honored if purchased though Amazon because there is no way to prove if it was new or refurbished. I live in the Denver, Colorado area.
