They didn’t told me where the models sold, so I cannot provide more details on this, but I don’t think this is important.

Just purchased Shark Rocket HV 300 used first time and impressed with performance, good suction and works really well from wood floor to carpet. Unit has the ease of getting under furniture and is light weight and easy to handle especially for us Senior Citizens. A very good buy for the price and certainly recommend this model vacuum.

I just bought a HV302. A wall-mount storage hook was not in the box. The web page for the product has a “What’s In The Box” section, and it lists the hook as one of the things you will receive with the HV302. I brought this to the attention of customer service, with a screencap of the web page circled and highlighted, and Saddai in customer service said, “We confirmed that the mentioned items are not included in the box of the Shark Rocket Corded Stick Vacuum.”

The HV302 is an awesome product, but it seems like Shark Ninja doesn’t accurately describe its product.

When I shopped around for a wall mount hook, I found the genuine product on sale for $10. A 10X markup on $1 worth of plastic that was supposed to be included with the vacuum in the first place? Is this really the kind of company Shark Ninja wants to be?
