I have owned this vacuum for several years and second this review. It’s a clunky, overweight vacuum with a stiff hose and that does not roll well at all. When you pull it forward, the wheels are typically pointing in a sideways direction and that’s the direction the vacuum goes, typically straight into furniture or a wall. The wheels don’t swivel well at all.

In addition, ours needs a new belt and they seem to be impossible to find in Canada, so the vacuum is now a throwaway. My wife and MIL can’t stand it, anyway.
