S7260 is in Lotus White while the S7280 is in Canary Yellow.

Included Filter:
They both support Air Clean Filter, Active Air Clean Filter, and Active HEPA Filter.
The S7260 comes with Active Air Clean Filter while the S7280 includes the Active HEPA Filter.

Accessories:
The S7260 comes with a STB101 Mini Turbo Brush for cleaning carpeted stairs, upholstery, furniture, etc. The S7280 does not have such a hand turbo brush.
