The 630 is priced at £329.00 while the 620 is priced at £299.00 on iRobot UK site. But the 630 comes with more accessories.

Virtual Wall:
The 620 does not come with any virtual wall while the 630 has one.
The Virtual Wall emits an infrared beam, acts like an invisible wall which the robot won’t cross, you can use the virtual wall to help limit where it cleans.

Extra AeroVac Filter:
The 630 come with 1 extra AeroVac filter while 620 doesn’t.
