Shark NV400 vs NV402 what’s the difference?

Try to find some info online to compare Shark NV400 and NV402, but cannot get what I am looking for.
Then I contacted Shark customer support, asked them what’s the the difference between Shark NV400 and NV402. Here is their answer:

“The unit itself is the same, the difference would be what attachments may come with the unit.”

Hope this help those who have the same question as I did.

Difference Between Carpet Pro CPU 2T and CPU 2?

Attempted to find the Carpet Pro official website to get more details about the 2 cleaners to do a comparison, but couldn’t get it. Maybe the Carpet Pro does not have a website. If this is true, it is ridiculous. Nowadays there is still company sells products online but does not have a website to help customers to learn more about their products and provide customer service? If you find its website, please share here.

Since we cannot find the official site of the Carpet Pro, we get the specs of these two vacuum cleaners from some online stores.
And it seems that there are no much difference between CPU 2T and CPU 2.

1, The included on board attachments.
The Carpet Pro CPU 2T comes with wands, dusting brush, and crevice tool, and these tools can be store on board; while the Carpet Pro CPU 2 does not have any attachment. And the unit has no place for storing tools.
Maybe the “T” of Carpet Pro CPU 2T means tools.

2, Handle
The Carpet Pro CPU 2T has rubber grip handle while the Carpet Pro CPU 2 has foam grip handle to prevent slipping.

3, Cord Hook
The Carpet Pro CPU 2T use metal cord hook that just hold the cord, while the Carpet Pro CPU 2 has a Quick Cord Release located on the cord hook, it allows you to unwind the cord fast.

4, Weight
Specs listed on some online store show that the Carpet Pro CPU 2T weighs 18 pounds, while the Pro CPU 2 weighs 15 pounds.
