Lift-Off vs No Lift-Off:
This is the major difference between them.
The 2998 has the Lift-Off feature which allows you to detach the canister part from the cleaner head whereas the 2999 does not have this Lift-Off feature.
Does the Lift-Off make the vacuum better?
The Lift-Off pod makes it lighter to carry, this could be more convenient for portable cleaning, such as cleaning stairs.
Hose Length:

Navigation:
This is one of the key difference.
The Cybovac E20 uses random navigation, it moves around randomly.
The E30 and E31 use Gyroptic Navigation which enables the Cybovacs to move in a zigzag pattern and clean more efficiently.
The S31 uses a more advanced laser navigation system that allows it to choose the most effective cleaning path.
Mapping:
This is another big difference.
The E20 does not create a map while the E30, E31 and S31 can create a real time map.
The E30 and E31 can create a real time map. However, the map on the app is not useful. It just let you know where it cleaned and is currently cleaning, it has no other benefits. The Cybovacs do not use that map for later usage. You cannot set no go zones or specific areas to clean based on that map in the App.
The S31 features Lidar Navigation System which allows it to scan and learn your home and create a map of your house layout in real-time. It cleans the house following the generated map. You can use the map to set selective cleaning areas and no-go zones via Kyvol App.
If you want one with real mapping function, then the Cybovac S31 is the best one that meets your needs.
Mopping:
The E20 and E30 do not have mopping function while the E31 and S31 are 2-in-1 robots which can vacuum as well as mop hard floors. The E31 uses a 300ml water tank whereas the S31 uses a 110ml water tank.
Self Empty Base:
The S31 features self empty function which enables it to empty the dust bin by itself. It comes with a self empty base which uses a 4.3L dust bag that holds up to 60 days of dirt and debris. After every cleaning, the robot will dock and empty the dust cup.
Set No-go Zones & Selective Cleaning via App:
Only the S31 allows you to set zones to clean or not to clean via App. While the E20, E30 and E31 only support magnetic boundary strip, and these three come with 6.6-foot boundary strip.

The Eufy by Anker offers a few robotic vacuums, some of them look very similar to each other, however, there is difference between them. For example, some use bounce navigation while some use smart navigation for increased efficiency; some support Wi-Fi while some do not; some can vacuum and mop whereas some only vacuum; some support virtual boundary while some work with physical boundary strip, etc.
I do the research and compare these Eufy RoboVacs below to show you the main difference between them, hope it helps.

Quick selection:

If you want the best selling one, get the 11S.
If you want one with mapping function, the only one you can get is the RoboVac L70.
If you want one that supports virtual No-Go Zone, only the RoboVac L70 fits your needs.
If you want one with mopping function, you can choose between the G10 and L70.
If you want the cheapest RoboVac, take a look at the 11S, it commonly is priced the lowest.
If you want the best RoboVac for pet hair, choose between those Max versions, G30 series,and the L70 which have higher suction power.
If you want a RoboVac exclusive for hard floors, check the G10, since it does not have a rolling brush.
If you want the best RoboVac for carpets, you could consider the Max versions, G30 series,and the L70 which have higher suction power. It is not recommended to use RoboVacs on carpets which is thicker than 1.02 inches / 26 mm.

The RoboVacs – G30, G30 Edge, G30 Verge and G10 Hybrid, which use Smart Dynamic Navigation to navigate when cleaning will move in a methodical pattern. Commonly, it will clean more efficiently than the random pattern for larger houses with complex layouts.

Mapping Function
Only the RoboVac L70 can map your home, and allow you to set virtual boundaries to exclude the areas in which you don’t want RoboVac to enter.

The Eufy HomeVac S11 cordless series includes a few versions:
S11 Go, S11 Infinity, S11 Reach.

They are all model T2501.
S11 Go has sub model T2501111 (white) and T2501011 (black), color is the only difference.
S11 Infinity has sub model T2501112 (white) and T2501012 (black).
S11 Reach has sub model T2501Z13 (black) and T2501Z23 (white).
In different countries, the last 3 characters of the sub model numbers may be different.

According to Eufy support, the S11 Go and Infinity are sold online while the S11 Reach is an offline model. However, you can find the S11 Reach also sold at some retailers’ websites.

The difference between them is what accessories are included.

The Infinity comes with more tools than the other two, more tools means it is commonly more expensive. While the Reach includes the fewest accessories.

All of them come with the Metal Tube and the Floor Brush Cleaner Head.
The S11 Reach comes with (1) 2-in-1 Crevice Tool, (1) Long Crevice Tool, (1) Wall Mount Base and (1) AC Charger.

The Eufy HomeVac S11 cordless vacuum is stick and handheld 2-in-1 unit, powered by 2500mAh 63Wh Li-ion battery. It takes approximately 3.5 hours to fully charge. As for the running time, it depends on which settings you select. It has 3 speeds to choose from, when set to Eco mode, it runs up to 40 minutes; when set to Max mode to tackle tough messes, the running time will be much shorter, like 8 minutes or so; there is also a standard mode which allows the vacuum to run up to 25 minutes.
