These 2 Bissell carpet spot and stair cleaners are similar except for some small things.
They have hand tool with flex hose to clean spots. They have dual tanks to keep clean and dirty water separate, but with NO built-in water heater, it is recommended to use hot tap water. There is also no separate detergent tank for holding detergent, thus you cannot control how much detergent to use during cleaning process, instead, you have to mix clean water with detergent before cleaning.

All of these 3 Bissell portable spot cleaners have separate clean and dirty water tank, but they do not have water heater. You should fill the clean water tank with hot tap water mixed with detergent, then use the included hand tools with the flexible hose to clean spot and stains.

Design
Bissell Spotbot/Spotbot Pet have a handsfree function that allows you to remove stains with a push of button. The machine has Spiral Brush on the bottom and also has preset cleaning cycles that spay solution, brush, and suck up water automatically. You just press a button, leave it on a stain, and it would clean the surface for you.
While the SpotClean/SpotClean Proheat does not have Spiral Brush, it only has hand tools that you can use to remove stains.
