Mapping & Navigation
This is the key difference.
The iClebo Arte features Camera Recognition Vision Mapping & Navigation System using camera recognition that is similar to moving and seeing with human eyes whereas the POP does not have this feature.
With this camera aided navigation, the Arte will clean a larger area in shorter time on a single charge without missing spots.

Cleaning Pattern
There is difference on the cleaning pattern.
The POP cleaning pattern: clean in random way, then whirling, and finally clean edges and corners.

Both of them have climb cleaning mode for cleaning carpet, rugs, patterned tiles or similar floor environments.

Resume Cleaning
Both the Arte and Pop will return to the charging base when the battery runs low. But only the Arte will return to where it was when the battery runs low and continue cleaning right where it left off.
