Both of them are smart, can clean with a systematic pattern. The iClebo Arte also have random cleaning mode that the Neato BotVac does not have.

Mapping & Navigation
This is the key difference.
The iClebo Arte features Camera Recognition Vision Mapping & Navigation System using camera recognition that is similar to moving and seeing with human eyes whereas the POP does not have this feature.
With this camera aided navigation, the Arte will clean a larger area in shorter time on a single charge without missing spots.

Cleaning Pattern
There is difference on the cleaning pattern.
