The Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum IZ462h, Cordless Pro Vacuum IZ562h and Stratos Cordless Vacuum IZ862h are all battery powered, the main difference between them are as follows:
Wand
The IZ462H and IZ862h use a flexible wand whereas the IZ562h use a straight wand.
Dust Cup
The IZ562h and IZ862h have a larger bin which holds up to 0.72 quarts whereas the IZ462h has dust cup capacity of 0.34 quarts.
Brushroll Design
The IZ462h and IZ862h have two rollers in the nozzle: a roller with powerfins and a soft roller with microfiber, whereas the IZ562h combines the soft microfiber and the powerfins into one.
Power Modes
The IZ462h has Bare Floor,Carpet and Boost mode, whereas the IZ562h and IZ862h has Eco,Clean Sense IQ and Boost mode.
The Clean Sense IQ uses infrared sensor to detect the dirt you can’t see and automatically increases suction power for better dirt pickup. The IZ462H does not have this feature.
Control Type
The Iz462h uses a slider switch to turn on/off and select Bare Floor or Carpet mode, and use a trigger type button to pull for extra power.
The IZ562h and IZ862h use a on/off button and use screen touch to select modes.
LED Display
The IZ562h and IZ862h have LED display with real-time readouts to monitor battery, select suction levels, and engage Clean Sense IQ. While the IZ462h has smaller screen to show only the bare floor or carpet mode is selected.
Max Run Time
The IZ462h and IZ862h run up to 60 minutes whereas the?IZ562h max run time is 40 minutes.
Charge Time
According to manuals, the IZ462h takes 3 hours to fully charged whereas the IZ562h and IZ862h take 3.5 hours.
Odor Neutralizer Technology
The IZ562h and IZ862h have an odor neutralized kit on the nozzle that helps guard against bad odors from debris which was picked up. Whereas the IZ462H does features this kit.
