All the Swivel models feature swivel steering, all the Rewind models have automatic retractable power cord. The Pet versions come with specialized pet tool. And it seems that all the Rewind models come with a lifetime post filter instead of a tap-to-clean post filter that needs to be replaced every 3 to 6 months on other models. I purchased the Bissell Model 2487 Cleanview upright vacuum a few months ago. I was surprised to find that it didn’t come with a wand for reaching high or low with the attachments. In fact, I could not purchase one. There isn’t one available. Also, as I used it I noticed the very high pitched sound from the motor. I use ear plugs to protect my hearing. I’m disappointed that Bissell would put such a machine on the market.
Hello Mary, did you contact the seller for the missing wand? It should come with a wand.
