Battery
They come with different battery.
The iRobot Roomba 655 uses the purple XLife Extended Life Battery while the iRobot 650 uses the Yellow Advanced Power System Ni-MH Battery.
According to iRobot, the Xlife battery doubles the time before you may need to replace your Roomba battery.

Side Brush
The Side Brush on the 655 has a new design that make it easy to remove whereas the 650 comes with the original Side Brush attached by a Phillip’s Head Screwdriver.

Charging Kits
The charging base is different.
The iRobot 655 comes with the Dual Voltage Integrated Home Base while the Roomba 650 comes with a Battery Charger and Home Base (110V).

Cleaning Tools
The 655 comes with 1 flat brush cleaning tool and 1 round brush cleaning tool whereas the 650 comes with only the flat brush cleaning tool.

Extra Accessories
The 655 comes with 1 extra rubber brush, 1 extra bristle brush, and 1 extra side brush. While the 650 does not include these extra brushes.

The retail price of 655 is $349.99 at Costco while the 650 is priced at $399.99 at irobot.com

The 650 is in darker color.

Oreck Commercial U2000R-1 vs U2000RB-1 what’s the difference?

The only difference between Oreck U2000R-1 and U2000RB-1 is the Belt.
The U2000RB-1 is equipped with the long-lasting Endurolife Belt which is designed for long life, Oreck claimed that this belt does not need replacing.
While the belt on the U2000R-1 is recommended to be replaced every 6 month.

Btw, the U2000RB-1 retail price is about $20-$30 more expensive than the U2000R-1.

Oreck XL Edge vs Magnesium what’s the difference?

Here we will discuss some big difference between Oreck XL Edge and Magnesium.

Weight
The weight of them may be something that many people concern.
Though Oreck XL Edge is not heavy, weighs about 13 pounds without cord, it is much heavier than the Magnesium which weigh only 7.7 pounds without cord.

Speed Settings
The XL Edge offers variable speed control. It has high and low speeds, but not fixed 2 speeds, it is a speed range. You can adjust it to get variable speeds.
