After reading many reviews online, here is what we get:
They are basically the same except for the colors and the spin scrubbers.

The Hoover F5915-900 does not come with the SpinScrub Hand Tool where the F5914-900 has.

On hoover.com product pages, it states that the Tank Capacity of F5915900 is 128 ounces while it is 133 ounces on F5914900.

There are also people say that the F5915900 has a 20 ft cord while the F5914900 has a 24 ft cord. But on product detail pages at hoover.com, it states that these 2 models both have a 20 ft cord. Not sure which is right, since sometimes the data of product specs on hoover.com are not accurate (based on my own experience).
If the cord length matters to you, just contact hoover customer service to make sure if there is a difference between them.

Also, the F5914900 comes with one 16 oz. bottle of cleaning detergent, not sure if the F5915900 has.
