They are almost the same, the only difference between Hoover UH70210 and UH70215 might be the bonus tools.

The Hoover UH70215 has the bonus Hoover Pet Stain and Odor Wipes whereas the Hoover UH70210 does not come with.

The Hoover UH70215 has 12 ft Deluxe Stretch Hose for providing extended reach whereas the UH70210 comes with a 8 ft stretch hose.
