If you know any difference between Shark NV402 and NV502, please show here to help other people make a informed decision.
The Shark Rotator NV 501 is advertised as self propelled, but the NV502 is not. If the NV501 and the NV502 are the same basic model, is the NV502 self-propelled also?
I think the NV502 is the same as NV501, if the NV501 is self propelled, than the NV502 should also be self propelled.

I am very interested in your models NV400, and NV502. I live in Arizona, and its near to impossible to keep the very fine dirt out of the house. Are there any big differences between the two that would make one the obvious better selection? or, are they so similar that there arent any major advantages to purchasing one over the other>
Thank you for your help,
Lisa Shulties
Hi Lisa, I don’t think there is big difference on cleaning performance.
** Please always do your own research before purchasing.
Pros and cons of lift away vs xl reach, please help. I have quite the staircases and also a 20′ vaulted ceiling with large windows. I do not have much furniture with clearance to the carpet. I have thick carpet pretty much throughout, with some wood in a small kitchen and vinyl in 2 bathrooms, but hope to have wood in foyer, halls, and dining room in the future. I need something that will work well now and in years to come given plans for flooring. I also need ease of use due to physical restrictions and side effects of cancer. Also needs to be very economically feasible under the circumstances. Thanks for your input.
