I have a Proheat. The biggest issue with it is pet hair. The hair doesn’t get sucked into the machine. It just gets wadded and caked around the brush, until it’s so full of hair that it starts dropping wet hair blobs as you clean. Then it’s a nasty job to swipe your fingers around the brush area to get all the wet hair that’s built up (with the machine turned off, of course!). I thought I’d picked up the pet version, until I got home and realized the mistake. I hoped it would do and have been very disappointed. Hopefully, the Pet works better!
