What’s the difference between Shark S7201 vs S7001 vs S7000 vs S7000AMZ?

Difference between Shark S7201 and S7001 Scrubbing and Sanitizing Hard Floor Steam Mop:

The S7201 has Steam Blaster to apply extra steam to help remove stubborn stains whereas the S7001 does not have the Steam Blaster.

The S7201 has fingertip control to easily change cleaning modes and trigger steam blast whereas the control on the S7001 is located at the middle part of steamer body.

Water Capacity
The S7201 water capacity is 320 ml (10.8 oz.) versus 410 ml (13.9 oz.) on the S7001.

According to Shark, the S7201 cleans up to 3x better stuck on stain removal versus the traditional steam Mop S1000 whereas the S7001 cleans up to 2x better stuck on stain removal.

    NORMAL mode is for everyday use, more steam will be produced than in LIGHT mode, and the pads spin faster;
DEEP mode is for cleaning heavy traffic areas, removing stuck-on messes and stains and sanitizing. In this mode, the max amount of steam will be produced and the pads spin the fastest.
  • Headlights
The S7001 has led headlights to help reveal hidden debris, illuminate low light spots and help you do a more thorough cleaning.
Whereas the S7000 and S7000AMZ do not feature the headlights.
  • Amount of Pads included
The S7000 comes with 2 Dirt Grip Soft Scrub Washable Pads,

Bissell 2685A vs 2705A vs 1544A vs 15441 what’s the difference?

The difference between the Bissell 2685A Power Steamer Heavy Duty and Bissell 2075A Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop is the use, included accessories, and color scheme.

  • The 2685A is for indoor and outdoor surface cleaning, while the 2075A is for indoor use only.
  • The 2685A comes with more accessories than the 2075A. For example, the 2685A comes with (4) Nylon Bristle Brushes for scrubbing everyday messes on above floor surfaces and (4) Grout Tools for removing dirt and grime from grout on sealed hard surfaces, whereas the 2075A comes with (2) Nylon Bristle Brushes and (1) Grout Tool.

The 2685A comes with (2) Scrubby Mop Pad which is recommended for cleaning durable surfaces like tile, whereas the 2075A comes with (1) Scrubby Mop Pad and (1) White Mop Pad that is recommended for everyday use on delicate flooring like sealed hardwoods and laminate.

The 2685A also comes with (4) Brass Bristle Brushes for scrubbing tough messes on durable surfaces, while the 2075A does not include.

  • The 2685A is yellow and black whereas the 2075A is blue and white.

When it comes to functionality, design, cable length, power, etc. They are the same.

Some people said that the 2685A has continuous steam setting.
No, it does not. You have to push the trigger
underneath the handle of the handheld portion to release steam, just like the 2785A.
However, if you want, you could try to use velcro to wrap around the trigger to get continuous steam. (Do this at your own risk.)

The Bissell 2685A and 2075A are 3-in-1 Steam Mop and Handheld Steamer: upright steam cleaner, extended reach steam cleaner and a handheld steam cleaner.

  • They are slim, have a swivel and low profile floor mop head.
  • Both come with a variety of tools to tackle sealed hard floor and above floor cleaning jobs.
An Extension Wand to help clean high and low areas,
a Floor Mop Tool to use with mop pads to clean hard floors,
a Flat Surface Tool and Mop Pad to clean large flat surfaces,
a Fabric Steamer and Cloth to clean and refresh clothing, drapes and upholstered surfaces,
an Angle Concentrator Tool to clean hard to reach spots, a Window Squeegee to clean windows, glass and mirrors,
a Flat Scraper Tool to scrape off stuck-on messes,
a Water Tank and a Wall Mount for storage.
  • A Tool Box attached to the handheld pod for storing the Bristle Brush, Angle Concentrator Tool, Grout Tool, and Flat Scraper Tool onboard.
  • They use a steam trigger that requires you to press the button all the time to keep the the steam going, not a lock design without getting your hand tired.
  • Have 2 steam intensity settings: Low Steam for cleaning delicate surfaces and light everyday messes; High Steam for cleaning durable surfaces, tough stains and stuck-on or sticky messes.
Steam will be ready in 30 seconds, heat up to over 200 degrees.
  • The water tank capacity is 12 oz / 350 ml.
It is recommended to use distilled water or demineralized water in place of tap water to prolong the life of the steam mop.
Use other solutions may harm the machine and void the warranty.
  • Corded and have a 25-foot power cord.
  • 13-inch cleaning path width.
  • Carry 2 year limited warranty.

  • Price:
This is the first one that you probably need to take into consideration.
On Dupray official site dupray.com, the listed retail price of the HOME is $249.98, NEAT is $319.99, ONE is $699.00, ONE PLUS is $899.00, Tosca is $1,297.00, Hill Injection is $2,497.00.
So, this is a huge difference between them. If you have limited budget, then the HOME and NEAT are more proper choices; if you want better results and better quality, have a look at the Hill Injection, however, it is much more expensive.
  • The second big difference between them is the ability of refilling while in use.
The ONE PLUS and Hill Injection have Continuous Steam Technology, they were designed with a two-tank system which means the water tank is not under pressure, and you can refill it at any time, this greatly reduce downtime. The others do not have this feature, they have cleaning time limit with one fill up; when steam runs out and you would like to continue using the steam cleaner, you have to turn off the machine to let the boiler cool down like 10 to 20 minutes, refill with water, wait for another 10 minutes to allow the machine to generate steam. This process does cost you time. As for the models that have no Continuous Steam Technology, the HOME runs up to 40 minutes per fill up, the NEAT and ONE run up to 50 minutes whereas the Tosca runs up to 90 minutes due to its much larger boiler.
  • Steam Temperature:
Generally speaking, the steam temperature affects the effectiveness and speed to clean, sanitize, degrease or deodorize. The higher temperature gives better results.
    The max steam temperature of the the HOME is 293°F / 145°C, NEAT is 275°F / 135°C, ONE is 303°F / 150°C, ONE PLUS is 320°F / 160°C, Tosca is 316°F / 160°C, Hill Injection is 347°F / 175°C.
  • Hose Design:
The HOME and NEAT have a built-in hose whereas the others have detachable hose for more convenient cleaning up, storage, and steam pressure adjusting.
  • Adjustable Steam:
The NEAT does not have a steam adjustment wherever others allow you to adjust the steam pressure to fit different cleaning needs.
  • Cord Length:
The HOME has a 7’5″ power cord, the Tosca and Hill Injection have a 14’9″ cord, the NEAT, ONE, ONE PLUS have a 16’5″ cable.
  • Self Clean Boiler:
Only the Hill Injection has the an oscillating electromagnetic float prevents scale build-up in the boiler, others do not have this feature.
  • Boiler Material:
Only the NEAT has an aluminum boiler while others have a stainless steel boiler.
  • Body Material:
According to specifications on dupray.com, the Tosca have a enamel-coated steel body, the Hill Injection has a stainless steel body, whereas the body material of other models is plastic.
  • Detergent Injection:
The Hill Injection has a 20-ounce detergent tank, it is the only one that that is able to inject detergent into the steam to help remove grease, dirt and stains from extra filthy surfaces. The others do not have this feature.

All of them come with a bunch of accessories to tackle different surfaces.
