The Rocket TruePet/Deluxe Pro is a stick and handheld 2 in 1 vacuum. Besides the floor nozzle, it comes with a variety of attachments, like crevicel tool, dusting brush, and pet hair tool, that allow it to clean from floor to ceiling. Whereas the Powerhead is designed strictly for floor use only. It does not have any tools for above floor cleaning.
So, if you need a vacuum to clean not only floors, but also ceiling fans, upholstery, stairs, drapes, etc., you should buy the Rocket TruePet/Deluxe Pro.
If you need only a vacuum for floors, the Powerhead may be a better choice since it is more powerful, according to user reviews.

The TruePet/Deluxe Pro has the dust bin and a suction motor at the top, the weight in the handle can cause hand fatigue. And it is top heavy, hard to stand on its own.
The Powerhead has the motor and dust cup on the nozzle, with most the weight on the floor. So it feels much lighter. According to Shark, the vacuuming weight in hand is less than 1 lb. And it can stand on its own.

The TruePet/Deluxe Pro has no suction control.

The TruePet/Deluxe Pro comes with a wall mount that lets you hang the vacuum on the wall for compact storage.

The Powerhead has wider cleaning path, but the narrower TruePet/Deluxe Pro can get into tighter areas.

The TruePet/Deluxe Pro has LED light on the nozzle and handle, whereas the Powerhead has no lights on the handle, and some Powerhead models, such as the AH400 and AH401, also has no headlight.

They are compact upright vacuum unit, do not have any attachment, such as dusting brush and crevice tool, for above floor cleaning.

The 2 main differences between Shark Rocket Powerhead AH400, AH401, AH452 and AH452W are the wand and headlight.

Headlight
The AH400 and AH401 does not have headlights on the nozzle whereas the AH452 and AH452W have center LED headlight on vacuum head.

Wand
The AH400 and AH401 come with a non-telescoping wand.
Whereas the AH452 and AH452W come with a 4 position telescopic wand which can be adjusted to fit user height and for compact storage.

Cord Length
Cord length ranges from 25 feet to 30 feet.

Here are some differences between Shark Navigator Lift Away and Powered Lift Away.

1, The Shark Navigator Powered Lift Away, such as the NV581, NV581Q, and NV583, allows you to use the powered nozzle in both upright and lift away mode. So you can clean under furniture with the low profile powered nozzle without switching to other tools.
Whereas the Navigator Lift Away models, such as the NV352 and NV356E, only allows you to use the powered head when in upright mode. You have to use the other attachments when in lift away mode.

2, The Powered Lift Away has the floor selector on the handle whereas the Lift Away has the floor switch on the top of the canister.

The Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away TruePet NV752 and Shark Rotator Pro Complete Lift-Away Vacuum NV552 are similar vacuum cleaners.
They are 3-in-1: upright, lift-away pod and canister, they have bottom empty dust cup, 30 ft. cord, swivel nozzle with LED headlights, and anti allergen technology with HEPA filter.
However, they also have differences.
One of the major differences that may affect your buying decision is the control button location.
For those who like convenient controls, the NV752 would be a better choice. The NV752 has the power button as well as the floor selector on the handle. You can turn on/off the vacuum and switch between hard floor and carpet modes with the fingertip controls. While the NV552 has the power switch and brush on/off button located on the top of the canister.

Another main difference is if the powered nozzle can be connected to the wand when in lift away mode and canister mode.
In fact, this difference is important to many potential buyers.
Though both of them have 3 modes, they are different. The NV752 allows you to use the power head when in lift away mode and canister mode, so you can use the power head to vacuum under beds/furniture. But with the NV552, the powered head CANNOT be connected to the wand, so you CANNOT use it to clean under bed/furniture.
