Compare Shark Rocket Complete with DuoClean HV380 vs HV380W vs HV381 vs HV382 Difference

The difference between these Shark Rocket Complete models are the color and accessories they come with.

HV380 is Cinnamon, comes with a 12-inch crevice tool, Upholstery tool, Dusting brush, On-board tool clip, Wall mount

HV380W is Charcoal Gray, comes with a 12-inch crevice tool, Upholstery tool, Dusting brush, Under appliance wand, On-board tool clip, Wall mount

HV381 is Plasma Blue, comes with an Upholstery tool, Under appliance wand, Pet multi-tool, Duster crevice tool, Accessory bag, On-board tool clip, Wall mount

HV382 is Charcoal Gray.
If you do the research online, you will find conflicting information on what accessories included in this HV382. Like the HV322, there used to be a HV322 version came with a lot of attachments: an Onboard Tool Clip, a Duster Crevice Tool, an Upholstery Tool, a Dusting Brush, a Wall Mount, an Under-Appliance Wand, a TruePet Mini Motorized Brush, a Hair-Removal Tool
and an Accessory Bag.

But now, it seems that this version is not available any more. It now comes with less tools.
It may include a Duster Crevice Tool, a Pet Multi-Tool, a Wall Mount, and an Onboard Tool Clip.
Or it may include a Pet Multi-Tool, a 12″ Crevice Tool, a Wall Mount, and an Onboard Tool Clip.

Please note that attachment package may be different when purchased from different retailers. And may be different from time to time even purchased from the same retailer.
Some people may make the purchase decision just because of an accessory. For example, many pet owners pick a vacuum just because it comes with a mini motorized brush. If you care about accessories, I suggest you always check the INCLUDES section on the product box to make sure what tools included.

I purchased an HV382 over just the HV380 and spent almost $40 more. Your site and several others all stated that the HV382 came with the motorized pet brush, under appliance tool a d accessory bag, along with apolstery tool, dusting brush, and crevice tool. When I received the HV382, I only got a crevice tool and pet multipurpose tool. No under appliance or mini motorized brush or bag was included. I contacted shark and confirmed my model was the HV382. I was told that the mini motorized brush is not equipped with any shark model and that they would send me a complimentary under appliance tool. With the exception of Sharks website, every site says the 382 comes with this stuff. Why is there such a disconnect? Is there any advice you can provide?
