Here are some differences between electrolux ergorapido models.

Battery Type:
EL1014A is powered by 9.6V NiMH battery;
Ultra EL1009A, Ultra+ EL1020A, Ultra+ EL1022A, Green EL1024A, and EL1016A are powered by 12V NiMH battery;

Run Time:

As far as I know, The Electrolux ErgoRapido series include EL1014A, EL1016A, Ultra EL1009A, Ultra+ EL1020A, Ultra+ EL1022A, Green EL1024A, and Ion EL1030A.
We will compare the Electrolux ErgoRapido series with DC35 Multi Floor in this post.

Electrolux Ergorapido is cheaper.
On 2011-09-20, Dyson DC35 Multi Floor vacuum cleaner priced at $299.99 on Dyson.com.
Electrolux Ergorapido MSRP(manufacturer suggested retail price) were less than $169.99, except the EL1030A, its MSRP: $249.99.

Design:
All of the Electrolux Ergorapido vacuum cleaners are 2-in1 combination stick and handheld vacuum, its built-in hand vac can pops off the front.
Dyson DC35 is a hand vac but has a detachable aluminium wand which makes it can work like a stick vac.

Battery Type:
Electrolux Ergorapido come with rechargeable 9.6V or 12V NiMH Battery, except the EL1030A, it has a 18V Lithium Ion battery.
Dyson DC35 comes with rechargeable 22.2V lithium-ion battery.

Run Time:

Both of Hoover LINX Cordless Stick Vacuum BH50010 and Dyson DC35 Digital Slim Multi Floor Vacuum are bagless and cordless. They are good for quick pick ups on bare floors and small rugs. Dyson DC35 can also be used to clean upholstery.

Dyson DC35 is much more expensive.

Hoover Linx is a stick vacuum while Dyson DC35 is a hand held vacuum cleaner. However, Dyson DC35 comes with a detachable wand that helps clean high, low and tight areas.

Dyson DC35 has dual power mode, it can run 13 or 15 minutes in standard mode, or run 6 minutes in max mode; whereas Hoover Linx can run about 15 – 20 minutes.

1, Battery Life.
DC35 has a longer bettery life than DC31 in standard mode.
Both of these two vacuum cleaners are powered by lithium-ion battery and have dual power mode, but
Dyson DC31 runs 10 minutes on 38 airwatts and 6 minutes on 65 airwatts while Dyson DC35 runs 15 minutes on 28 airwatts and 6 minutes on 65 airwatts.
Though DC35 Multi Floor has better run time, you can also see that DC31 has a 38 airwatts suction power in regular mode while DC35 has only 28 airwatts.

2, Floor Tool and Wand.
DC35 has a motorized floor tool with carbon fiber brushes for picking up dirt from hard floors and rugs/carpet; and it also has a detachable aluminium wand for cleaning high & low areas, and awkward spots.
But DC31 does not come with these tools.
