Do you need a wet dry vacuum or a dry only vacuum?
Both of them can be wall-mounted to save floor space, they are designed for garage cleaning needs, but they belong to different types.
The Bissell Garage Pro 18P03 can pick up both wet and dry messes whereas the Hoover GUV L2310 is Not a vacuum cleaner for liquids, it is only for vacuum up dry messes.
So, if you need a wet dry vacuum, then you should buy the Bissell Garage Pro.

The Bissell Garage Pro has blower option for keeping your work area free of debris whereas the Hoover GUV cannot be used as a blower.

Tank Capacity
The Bissell has a 4 gallon semi-translucent tank whereas the tank on Hoover GUV can hold 5 gallon and it is not translucent.

Full Indicator

These models belong to Bissell Symphony 1132 series, the machines are the same, the difference between them are the accessories packed in and the color.

1132 – Red, 1 soft pad, 1 scrubby pad, 1 set of vacuum filters

1132A – Blue, 2 soft pads, 2 scrubby pads

11321 – Blue, 2 soft pads, 2 scrubby pads, Water filter

1132P – Blue, 2 soft pads, 2 scrubby pads, 8 spring breeze scent discs, 1 water filter, 1 vacuum filter kit

11326 – Blue, 2 soft pads, 2 scrubby pads

11328 – Red, 3 soft pads, 2 scrubby pads, 8 scent disks

11322 – Green, Swiffer Bissell SteamBoost Kit with 4 disposable Swiffer Bissell SteamBoost pads, 1 soft pad, 1 scrubby pad, 1 carpet glider

The difference between Bissell Lift Off Floors & More, Titanium, 53Y8 and Bissell Lift Off Floors & More Pet 53y8-1 is that the 53y81 is the Pet Version of the BISSELL Lift-Off Floors and More 53Y8, it’s designed with pet in mind. Both of its Floor Nozzle and Hand Vacuum Nozzle feature little garget to help pick up pet hair. On the floor nozzle, it features a Lint Strip to attract pet hair; on the hand vacuum, it features a Rubberized Nozzle to help pull out pet hair. While the 53Y8 model does not have these pet specialized design. If there is another difference, it is the color scheme. Otherwise, they are the same, such as the 2 way folding handle, detachable hand unit, motorized brush roll with on/off, swivel head, 10.8V Nickel Metal Hydride battery, etc.

These are little vaccums for quick clean up. They are light, equipped with removable handle to make it able to be used as a handheld unit. However, there are some key differences that you should know before making a purchase between these 2 small vacuums.

1, Design
One of the big difference between Eureka Quick Up and Bissell 3 in 1 is the Nozzle design.
The floor nozzle on Eureka quick up does not come off to change nozzle or use other tools like a crevice tool.
While the cleaner head on the Bissell 3 in 1 is detachable, you can use it to clean counter tops and hard to reach areas.

2, Motorized Brush
The Eureka Quick Up is equipped with motorized brush which can be turned On/Off, while the Bissell 3 in 1 vacuum does not have a brush, it is suction alone.

3, Power Source
The Eureka 96H/96HX/96JZ are battery powered while the Bissell 38B1/38B1L are corded.
One main drawback of battery powered unit is the running time, however, the cordless design also makes its mobility better, and with no cord to detangle or unwind/wind.
While the shortcoming of a corded unit is that the cord might in the way when using it, or you might have to keep changing outlets if the cord is short. But there is no battery to recharge or replace.
