Shark NV400 vs NV402 what’s the difference?

Try to find some info online to compare Shark NV400 and NV402, but cannot get what I am looking for.
Then I contacted Shark customer support, asked them what’s the the difference between Shark NV400 and NV402. Here is their answer:

“The unit itself is the same, the difference would be what attachments may come with the unit.”

Hope this help those who have the same question as I did.
