Try to find some info online to compare Shark NV400 and NV402, but cannot get what I am looking for.
Then I contacted Shark customer support, asked them what’s the the difference between Shark NV400 and NV402. Here is their answer:
“The unit itself is the same, the difference would be what attachments may come with the unit.”

the NV502 and NV500 are the same except for the attachments they include; same for NV402 and NV400
